HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Schedule a Virtual Appointment
Our team will confidentially discuss any concerns or questions you may have without judgment. We will review your medical records and pre-qualify you for free. Then we’ll set up an appointment for you to meet virtually with one of our physicians.
Step 2: Talk to a Certified Physician
You’ll meet with your certifying physician at one of our convenient locations, or virtually via video chat. The doctor will discuss your condition and symptoms, any current or previous medications you use, and create a personal cannabis medicine treatment plan.
Step 3: Receive Your MMJ Card
Upon certifying your eligibility for a medical card, you then pay your $50 state fee to the Department of Health, who will send out the physical card. Once in hand, you can visit any dispensary in your state

Do you provide virtual visits and telemedicine services?
Yes! We accept easy and convenient virtual appointments through our state-of-the-art telemedicine platform. At CCC, your privacy and care is our top priority! That’s why we use industry-leading software to ensure all patient appointments are private and we adhere to strict HIPAA security requirements.
Do you provide in-person certifications?
In-person services are currently only available to PA residents, who can opt to make their appointment at our main office, conveniently located in Western Pennsylvania: Butler: 220 South Main Street, Suite 105, Butler PA 16001.
